What if your pain isn’t just something you have to live with?

As a Professional Kinesiologist and Manual Osteopathic Therapy student, I work with the body as a whole—helping release restrictions, improve movement, and support real recovery.

Have you ever thought about where your care is headed… and who you trust to help your body long-term? 🤔

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about that lately too.

By this November, I will be a Registered Manual Osteopathic Therapist alongside my Professional Kinesiologist degree — and I can honestly say, this has been a dream in the making 💛

After everything I’ve been through with my own body, my goal has always been simple…
To help others keep moving, feeling, and living better.

And now, it’s all coming together.

This journey isn’t just about adding another title — it’s about being able to support you on a deeper level:
✨ Understanding movement
✨ Releasing restrictions in the body
✨ Helping you feel like yourself again

My dream of helping others move better is no longer “someday”… it’s already in motion.

And I’m so excited for what’s ahead — for me, and for YOU.

If you’ve been struggling, feeling stuck, or just know your body could feel better…
📩 I’m here when you’re ready

Have you ever wondered…

What does a Kinesiologist, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, and Manual Osteopath actually have in common? 🤔
And how are they different?

They all share one goal — helping your body feel and function better.

But the way we get there can look very different:

💪 Kinesiologists focus on movement, exercise, and rebuilding strength
👐 Massage Therapists work with muscles and soft tissue to reduce tension
🦴 Chiropractors focus on joint alignment and the spine
🤍 Manual Osteopathy looks at the whole body — how everything is connected, including fascia, organs, and fluid movement

No one approach is “better” — it’s about what your body needs at the time.

Sometimes, it’s not just one thing… it’s a combination.

If you’ve been feeling off, stuck, or not getting the results you want, it might just be about finding the right approach for YOU.

And that’s where I come in — blending my background in kinesiology with my training in manual osteopathy (and now Cranial Sacral work 👀) to support your body as a whole.

Curious what your body might need?

What if staying active didn’t have to feel like a chore?

April is a fresh start — a chance to reconnect with your body in a way that actually feels good.

Here are a few gentle reminders this month:

✨ Find something that brings you joy — movement doesn’t have to be intense to matter
✨ Try an exercise program that meets you where you’re at
✨ And if your body just isn’t feeling right… don’t ignore it

Sometimes those “off” feelings are your body asking for support.

I’m currently learning Cranial Sacral techniques in my training, adding another layer to how I can help you relax, release tension, and feel more like yourself again.

You don’t have to push through discomfort — there’s a better way 🤍

Keeping active can sometimes be a challenge… life gets busy, bodies get sore, and motivation comes and goes.

But often, it’s about finding joy in the little things 💛

Here are a few simple ways to lean into April:

🌿 Take time to find joy — even if it’s just a walk outside or a quiet moment for yourself
💪 Join an exercise program — your body will thank you for it
🤍 Or if you’re feeling “off” and not quite yourself… come see me

I’m currently expanding my skills and learning Cranial Sacral techniques in class, and I’m so excited to bring even more support to help your body feel its best.

Let’s get you moving, feeling better, and back to doing what you love ✨

When was the last time you actually felt GOOD in your body?

Not just “getting through the day”… but actually good?

I hear it all the time after sessions:
👉 “Wow… I didn’t realize how tight I was.”
👉 “I feel so much lighter.”
👉 “That helped more than I expected.”
And honestly… that never gets old.
Helping people feel better in their own body is why I do what I do.
If you’ve been putting yourself last, this is your sign to start taking care of you. 💛

I don’t take this work lightly… because I know what it feels like to live in pain.

After everything I went through with my own body, I promised myself—
if I could help others feel better, I would.

Now I get to hear things like:
"I can move easier"
"My pain is finally calming down"
"I feel like myself again"
And that means everything to me.
This isn’t just a service… it’s something I truly care about.
✨ If your body has been asking for help, don’t ignore it.

📅 I’m currently taking on clients and would love to support you.

You know that moment when you stand up and go… “why does everything feel tight?” 😅

Yeah… you’re not alone.

But the best part of my job?
Seeing people go from that feeling…
to walking out saying, “I feel so much better.”
That shift—every single time—is why I love what I do.
Your body isn’t broken… it just needs the right kind of support.

✨ If you’re ready to feel better, move better, and maybe even breathe a little easier…
I’ve got you.
