People often ask what makes my treatments different for things like headaches, shoulder tension, hip pain, or plantar fasciitis.
The biggest difference?
No tools or machines.
Just science and knowledge of the human body.
I work with my hands to feel how your body is moving and where it may be compensating. Often the pain you feel isn’t actually where the problem starts. A headache can come from tight shoulders or neck restrictions, and plantar fasciitis can be connected to calves, hips, and how the body is moving overall.
With my background in Human Kinetics and Exercise Therapy [degree], along with my Manual Osteopathic training, I focus on how the whole body works together — not just the painful spot.

Another exciting update — once I graduate from my Manual Osteopathic Diploma program this November 2026, treatments will be eligible for Canada Life benefits.
If you’ve been dealing with stubborn pain that won’t fully go away, it may be time to look at the body a little differently.
