People often ask what makes my treatments different for things like headaches, shoulder tension, hip pain, or plantar fasciitis.

The biggest difference?
No tools or machines.
Just science and knowledge of the human body.

I work with my hands to feel how your body is moving and where it may be compensating. Often the pain you feel isn’t actually where the problem starts. A headache can come from tight shoulders or neck restrictions, and plantar fasciitis can be connected to calves, hips, and how the body is moving overall.

With my background in Human Kinetics and Exercise Therapy [degree], along with my Manual Osteopathic training, I focus on how the whole body works together — not just the painful spot.

Another exciting update — once I graduate from my Manual Osteopathic Diploma program this November 2026, treatments will be eligible for Canada Life benefits.

If you’ve been dealing with stubborn pain that won’t fully go away, it may be time to look at the body a little differently.

Headaches, Neck Tension & Mood
Do you get frequent headaches or constant tension through your neck and shoulders?

Many people assume headaches just come from stress or staring at screens too long.

But often there is also a physical component happening in the body.

When the neck, shoulders, and fascia become tight or restricted, they can irritate nerves and create tension that travels up into the head. This can lead to tension headaches and that heavy pressure feeling around the head and temples.

When the body is constantly in pain or tension, it can also affect energy levels, sleep, and overall mood. Living with discomfort every day can wear people down.

As a Kinesiologist and Manual Osteopathic student, I work with:

✔ fascia and soft tissue restrictions
✔ joint mobility in the neck and shoulders
✔ movement patterns that create tension

The goal is to help the body release some of that built-up stress and start moving more freely again.

Many people are surprised how much better they feel when their body finally lets go of that tension.

📅 I currently have 8 openings available.

I’m looking for 10 people this week who are dealing with pain or stiffness in their body.

This could be:

• shoulder pain or frozen shoulder
• hip or knee discomfort
• plantar fasciitis or sore feet
• headaches from neck and shoulder tension
• general stiffness that just won’t go away

As a Kinesiologist and Manual Osteopathic student, I look at how your body is moving and where things may not be working the way they should.

A lot of the time pain isn’t just about the sore spot. It comes from compensations in the body when joints, fascia, or muscles stop moving properly.

Through movement assessment and hands-on treatment, the goal is to help restore mobility so the body can function the way it was designed to.

Sometimes small changes in movement and tissue mobility can make a big difference in how someone feels day to day.

✨ I currently have 8 appointment spots available.

If something has been bothering you for a while, it might be time to get it checked out.

If you have hip pain… it might not actually be your hip.

I see this all the time.

People come in with:

• sore hips
• tight lower backs
• knees that ache
• stiffness after sitting

But when we assess movement, the issue is often how the whole body is compensating.

Maybe the ankle lost mobility.
Maybe the glutes stopped firing properly.
Maybe the fascia through the hips and pelvis has become restricted.

Your body adapts… but those adaptations eventually show up as pain or stiffness somewhere else.

This is why I look at how the whole body moves, not just the painful spot.

As a Kinesiologist and Manual Osteopathic student, I combine movement assessment with hands-on techniques to help restore mobility and function.

When the body moves better… it usually feels better too.

📅 I currently have 9 appointments available.

If something has been bothering you for a while, now might be a good time to address it.

Shoulder / Frozen Shoulder
Ever try reaching behind your back and your shoulder says “Nope”?

Maybe putting on a jacket, doing up a bra, or reaching overhead has started to feel stiff or painful.

Shoulders are incredibly mobile joints… but that mobility also means they can lose function when surrounding tissues tighten up or joints stop moving well.

Sometimes it shows up as:

• frozen shoulder
• limited range of motion
• aching through the upper arm
• neck tension and headaches

Through manual osteopathic techniques and movement assessment, I work on restoring mobility in the tissues and joints that allow the shoulder to move properly again.

When those restrictions start to release, the shoulder often starts feeling lighter and freer to move.

📅 9 openings available right now.

If your shoulder has been bothering you, this might be the time to deal with it.

Plantar Fasciitis (This one usually gets attention)
Do your feet hurt when you first get out of bed in the morning?

That sharp pain in the heel or arch…
then it slowly loosens up as you move around?

A lot of people live with this for months or even years thinking it’s just something they have to deal with.

But that pain is often related to tight fascia and poor movement mechanics through the feet, calves, and hips.

The body is all connected.

When the foot loses proper mobility or support, the fascia starts taking on extra stress. Over time it becomes irritated and painful — what many people know as plantar fasciitis.

As a Kinesiologist and Manual Osteopathic student, I work on:

✔ Releasing restrictions in the fascia and surrounding tissues
✔ Improving mobility through the foot and ankle
✔ Helping the body move the way it was designed to

Many people start noticing relief once those restrictions are addressed.

📅 I currently have 10 spots available.

If your feet are constantly reminding you they exist… it might be time to get them checked.

Quick question…

Do you have a shoulder, hip, knee, or foot that just doesn’t feel right anymore?

Not injured enough to see a doctor…
but sore enough that you notice it every single day.

Maybe it's:
• a shoulder that won’t move like it used to
• hips that always feel tight
• knees that complain going up stairs
• feet that ache by the end of the day

A lot of people think aches and stiffness just come with getting older.

But many times it’s actually movement compensation.

Your body is incredibly smart. When one area stops moving well, another area starts doing extra work to make up for it. Over time that can lead to tightness, soreness, and dysfunction.

This is where my work comes in.

As a Kinesiologist, I assess how your body moves and where those compensations are happening.

As a Manual Osteopathic student, I’m learning hands-on techniques that work with the fascia, joints, and tissues to help restore mobility and get things moving better again.

When the body starts moving the way it was designed to… a lot of those nagging aches begin to settle down.

✨ I currently have 10 appointment spots open.

If you’ve been dealing with something that just isn’t getting better, it might be time to look at how your body is moving.

Headaches don’t always start in the head.

Sometimes the cause is actually lower in the body.

When the low back or hips aren’t moving well, the body compensates up the chain. That can change posture, tighten the mid-back and neck, and eventually lead to tension headaches.

The body works as one system. When one area struggles, another area picks up the slack.

As a Professional kinesiologist and manual osteopathic student I look at how the whole body is moving—not just where the pain shows up.

If you’ve been dealing with frequent headaches, tight shoulders, or low back discomfort, your body might just need a reset.
