I’ve opened up spots for my April in-person Reiki trainings here in PEI 💗

These classes are a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and actually understand how to work with your own energy in a way that feels simple and real - not overwhelming.

You’ll learn the foundations of Reiki, receive your attunement, and leave with something you can use in your everyday life - for yourself, your family, or if you feel called, eventually with others too.

I keep my classes small and supportive, so there’s lots of space to ask questions, share, and settle into it in your own way.

7 years ago today I finished treatment for breast cancer. 💗
⁣
I don’t identify with breast cancer. It’s not who I am, and it never defined me.⁣
⁣
But it did change my life.⁣
⁣
It was the catalyst for a complete pivot - one that led me straight to Reiki. To healing. To discovering the power within myself ✨⁣
⁣
And eventually, to becoming a teacher and guide for other women ready to awaken their own healing path 🙏🏻⁣
⁣
So while I don’t see myself as a survivor or wear the pink ribbon, I am incredibly grateful for the experience.⁣
⁣
Because it cracked me wide open.⁣
⁣
It showed me what truly matters.⁣
⁣
And it led me home - to this work, to my purpose, and to the deepest kind of alignment I’ve ever known.⁣
⁣

If you’ve already completed Level 1 and feel ready to go deeper, this is your next step. Reiki Level 2 is where everything starts to expand - your connection to the energy, your confidence, and your ability to work beyond just hands-on sessions.

In this training, you’ll be introduced to the Reiki symbols, learn how to send distance Reiki, and deepen your understanding of how to work with energy in a more intentional way. It’s often the level where things really begin to click.

This class is supportive, grounded, and designed to help you build trust in what you’re already feeling and sensing.
