A lovingly crafted spring cleaning for the mind, body, and nervous system, presented by Dr. of acupuncture Daina Tuchscherer and In Bloom. This seasonal wellness experience invites you to gently release the hibernation of winter and welcome the fresh growth of spring.

Over 90 nourishing minutes, you’ll be guided through a restorative blend of gentle movement, intention setting, self‑reflection, yoga nidra, and acupuncture. Each element is designed to soothe your nervous system, create spaciousness within, and support a sense of renewal.

Ready to level up your pilates practice? This intermediate mat pilates class builds on the basics with flowing sequences designed to challenge your core, improve stability, and leave you feeling stronger from head to toe. Expect a mix of classic pilates exercises and creative variations improving balance, posture, and flexibility. Options and progressions will be offered so you can challenge yourself while moving at a pace that feels right for you.

Recommended for: Participants with previous mat Pilates experience who are comfortable with the fundamentals and ready to add some progression.

Tuesdays 530pm a no-heat option for yoga pilates fusion flow.

Want the yoga fusion, without the extra heat? This class is for you!
This class fuzes the mindful, intentional, breath centered movement of a classic yoga practice with the core control of mat pilates, then adding in foundations for functional strength and mobility. Building strength through the entire body through controlled, intentional movements. Yoga fusion starts low with some gentle warm ups, then focuses on strengthening the core muscles, including abdominal, lower back, hip and glute muscles. The main body of the class includes a variety of different movements from yoga, pilates, barre, and other mat based movements. This fusion class may incorporate props such as light bands, weights, sliders, or balance balls. Every class ends with a well earned savasana.
