People have been asking what ATM (Awareness Through Movement) is. I have included a document outlining the Feldenkrais method principles. These are the principles that we explore through Movement in a variety of lessons.

The space is finally complete! Awareness Through Movement classes begin April 1, 2025.
I will be hosting a series of 4 classes Tuesdays at 5pm starting April 1st to 22nd. Class space is limited to 10 people. Register for all 4 classes for the introductory price of $80. Drop in fee will be $25 /class.
