The winter season symbolizes rest, reflection, and quiet, making yoga the perfect calming ritual to celebrate the winter solstice- the first day of winter.
Join me for a special 90-minute practice, where we will ground, cultivate a sense of peace, hold time for reflection, and end with mindful rest and meditation. This class will mainly focus on poses done from the back, knees, and a seated position.

A Nutrition Consultation & A 3-Day Eating Plan:
Session One: 60 Minutes:
✅ A nutrition consultation. We will meet for a private and confidential session where I will ask you questions related to your diet, nutritional goals, stress levels, digestion, sleeping patterns, any medical conditions, health history, exercise level, and your experience with anxiety, depression and/or PTSD.
✅ I'll provide you with 3 action-oriented suggestions, specifically designed to alleviate your symptoms of anxiety or depression.
Session Two: 60 Minutes:
✅ Your opportunity to share your experience of shifts that have occurred in your symptoms since incorporating our nutrition goals into your life.
✅ I will provide an individualized, 3 day meal plan designed to decrease prominent symptoms, and increase a stable & balanced thought process.
