Coffee all the way! I make a French press every morning… maybe I love it a little too much.
🧠 What made me choose this profession:
I’ve always had a passion for physical fitness and learning about the human body. I love chiropractic because I can share that knowledge while tying in other aspects of health like exercise and nutrition.
🏃‍♀️ One small habit that helps your body feel better:
Motion is lotion. Moving your body is always a good idea—whether you’re in pain or just having a rough day.
🌎 If I wasn’t in this career:
Something involving animals or traveling. Maybe a vet, or studying animals somewhere near the ocean.
🐾 Dogs or cats:
Why do dog people hate cats, but cat people love both? 😂 I’d have to say cats… but I love dogs too—especially our clinic dog, Guinness.

Being the social media girl is a full-time job nobody warned you about.
One minute I’m filming a professional clinic video… the next I’m chasing staff down the hallway like:
“Wait wait wait… just one quick clip!”
I have 47 photos of the same thing because someone blinked, someone laughed, someone walked through the background, or someone said “do we really have to do this?”
Half my job is creating content.
The other half is convincing everyone else to be in the content.
But honestly… someone has to make sure the internet knows how awesome this clinic is.
So yes… if you see me randomly crouching in the hallway filming or making people redo a high five five times…
Just know… I’m doing it for the content. 😌

💛 Our community is full of people doing incredible things — and this is one of them.

🧵 Fundraising Through Handmade “I SPY Quilts”
One of our volunteers — a master crafter, educator, innovator, and Literacy Specialist with the Thames Valley District School Board — has created beautiful 3’ x 3’ handmade “I SPY Quilts” to help raise funds for these rescue efforts.

Each quilt contains 49 fabric squares filled with engaging prints that support learning in language, math, science, social studies, and imaginative play.
They are designed to grow with your child from babyhood through Grade 3, making them a wonderful learning tool and family keepsake.

Parents can start using them with babies during tummy time, exploring bright primary colours and simple shapes. As children grow, the quilts become perfect for “Find the…” games, counting objects, sorting by category, and storytelling using the pictures.

As kids get older, the same quilt can support more advanced learning like phonemic awareness, vocabulary, cause and effect, inference, sequencing, and creative storytelling. Because children return to the same familiar quilt over time, they begin to recognize their own skill development and confidence as they grow.

Each quilt is lovingly handmade with bright, durable fabrics and sturdy stitching designed for everyday family use while still feeling special and comforting. They’re great for long car rides, waiting rooms, classrooms, therapy spaces, calm-down areas, or cozy reading time.
