Move In Synergy's virtual c-section recovery and scar rehabilitation services are accessible to all Ontario residents. 📍

This personalized program focuses on desensitizing the scar, enhancing skin mobility and flexibility, reducing adhesions, and minimizing the appearance of the c-section shelf.

💻What makes virtual therapy effective? My app provides accountability, individualized attention, and flexibility with weekly or bi-weekly check-ins.

Services are covered through insurance under: Kinesiology, Allied Health professional/specialized services and Healthcare Spending Accounts. I am a regulated Healthcare professional so services can also be claimed with your income taxes!

💲Initial assessments are $80+hst. Follow-ups are $60+hst for 30 minutes or less, $70+hst for 1 hour.

Kegels or pelvic floor contractions are not for everyone. Even if you experience bladder leaks it doesn't automatically mean you have to strengthen your pelvic floor. Sometimes bladder leaks can come from tension in the pelvic floor, nervous system dysregulation, even inappropriate management of pressure etc. so strengthening the pelvic floor can actually make your symptoms worse! Crazy, right?? Additionally, the pelvic floor doesn't work alone, there are so many other muscle groups you can strengthen to help with bladder leaks.
