Good Morning it's been a day or two, the Christmas Season is over and I must admit the first two weeks of January have been just as busy as the holiday season. As the Black Friday sales dwindle and your brain has been focused on others for the last month, I want you to take a break to check in with yourself.

Have you (or are you heading towards) trying to pour from an empty cup as we approach the holidays. This time of year can be a lot on the nervous system and I want you to make sure you are giving back to yourself as well as those you love this year. Whether that’s a break from the noise, a moment of quiet meditation, or a little treat for yourself.

If this sounds impossible and you’re stressed to the max and you’d like that to not be the case next year, I have developed a program for you!

Next year I want to slow down, drop the quick fixes, and help you work on actually creating change.

I have built the Evolve program to teach all of the tools in my toolbox to you in a slow and steady manner so you can actually learn to use them and build the habits necessary to regulate your nervous system and get the most out of life. No more loving on the edge (or in the middle) of burnout.

I don’t want to offer a 6 week course that you forget about a few weeks after it’s done. This is an ongoing practice that lives and breathes with you. It will still be packed full of knowledge and exercises but laid out in a digestible way to create lasting change.

Bundle it with live yoga for the ultimate practice. Add some personal coaching for that extra support and guidance.
