South Carolina photo dump☀️

Had an amazing few days training down at his home gym where we had some quality 1:1 training a posing! He absolutely killed it in and I’m stoked for his current cut phase we’re firing up here now🚀

Bentley flew me down to stay with him at his house and it was a great opportunity to elevate all his processes and have some bro time to hang out too!

Bonus I got to meet some of my other clients in person, connect with some new friends along the way, and get to do some local exploring🫶

I’m forever blessed to have so amazing connections and to be in the position to be able to teach anywhere in the world.

When you’re on my team, you become family.

No hiding I absolutely LOVE training back💪🏼

Very early on in my fitness journey I understood the importance in learning how to execute exercises efficiently.

While everyone else around me was focusing on changing their workout plan every month, I instead focused on getting really good at the staples that I believed would grant the best results.

Damn did it ever pay off🤝

Now the same people, who used to say doing the same exercises for months seemed boring, are in my DMs asking for advice on how to grow their back like I did.

Do background checks with previous clients they have worked with to see how they personally felt about their own coaching experience and get the most honest feedback about how the coach communicates and works with their clients!

Check not only the coach’s accomplishments & achievements, but also the consistency of results delivered from their clients as well!

You simply can’t relate to something if you haven’t done it, but more importantly a coach should lead from the front to set the standards for their team day in and day out💯
