Different spin for you today🧠

Resilience is created.

At one point in my life I used to think “why me” to so many drastic things that happened to me at such a young age and I would allow myself to get stuck in cycles of unproductivity because I lacked focus.

Learning to manage friction that life caused, also has allowed me to embrace everything enjoyable about it too.

Bodybuilding has taught me so much about the benefits of having discipline in my life but also developing my Anterior Mid-Cingulate Cortex more than anything else.

When you feel like you don’t necessarily want to do a task, yet you overcome it and do it anyway, you develop WILLPOWER.

When you are not challenging yourself this shrinks.

You don’t need to be a competitive bodybuilder like me, but pick up and book and teach yourself a new language every day for the next year or something. You’ll be amazed at how the parralels benefits every other aspect of your life.
