We would like to inform you that Jennifer Earle RMT will be leaving Active Health Chiropractic the end of November and opening her own clinic Modern Wellness Co. Please be advised that all files and patient info for Jennifer’s patients will be going with Jennifer to this new location as she is the custodian of your personal information.
