💛 I used to believe my illness made me a burden, that I had to prove my worth by pushing through pain or pretending I was fine. Let's be honest, there are still days this is a struggle...
Healing has shown me something gentler — we are not burdens, we are human beings deserving of love, care, and support, exactly as we are.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re “too much” or “not enough,” this is your reminder that you are neither. You are simply human, and that is enough.
