For those of you that don’t know me…

I was the girl who turned bright red when called on in school.

So shy I’d freeze and just say I don’t know.

But motherhood changes you.

Now I’m showing up and doing things I would’ve NEVER chosen to do on my own so she grows up fearless in all the ways I wasn’t💙

Vacations don’t have to mean blowing all your progress 🌴
 
I didn’t restrict.

I didn’t stress.

And I definitely didn’t skip dessert 😉
 
Instead I:
✔️ Prioritized protein at meals
✔️ Enjoyed dessert EVERY day 🍰
✔️ Had some drinks 🍹
✔️ Tried to stay hydrated with electrolytes
✔️ Moved my body (lots of walking!)
 
And I still felt confident in my bikini 👙
 
You can enjoy life AND feel good in your body, no extreme diets required 💪🍫

I leaned out and toned up before vacation without living in the gym or cutting out the foods I love.
 
Here’s what I focused on 👇

• Bumped up my workouts to 5x per week, all less than an hour each

• Kept calories in a small deficit (nothing extreme)

• Prioritized protein

• Went for a 15-20 minute walk every day

• Still enjoyed treats (because balance matters 😉)
 
All while running my business, taking care of my daughter, and living my life.

No burnout. No restriction. Just smart, consistent habits.
