Touch.
I love using hands on assists in my classes. Anyone who has practiced with me knows I typically end class with a little neck rub, come around during seated twists with a little extra support as class is winding down and pepper our movement series with a hands on approach.
I LOVE when teachers in my own practice have come around helping draw my attention to my shoulders, helping to gently deepen my understanding of the postures we are moving through.
