Once again I welcome you to ground into the stillness and presence within.
Our modern lives often encourage constant ‘doing’, making the natural call for ‘being’ feel counterintuitive. This guided meditation is designed to help you align with nature’s rhythm, offering a sacred space to release what no longer serves you and prepare your inner self for the restorative period of winter.

**I really recommend having something to have under your knees if you’re laying on your back, this will keep the knees in a slightly bent neutral position and help support your low back at the same time, or even to have something between your knees if you’re choosing to lay on your side to support your hips!**
Bring a journal if you do wish to track your experiences, if not I’ll have some paper on hand to write down anything afterwards that comes up for you through the meditation!!
