Simply Rooted Wellness Centre offers a variety of services to help individuals shed the busyness and chaos of modern day life and gain introspection and self awareness. Through workshops, yoga classes, Reiki treatments, life coaching, and retreats, Simply Rooted assists individuals in reclaiming their roots and growing from there with compassion. Simply Rooted Wellness Centre believes in the power of community to affect personal transformation and therefore encourages community building in the services offered. Yoga classes are offered at various locations along the eastern shore.

Back to the ice means back to fundraising. The U11A Mariners first fundraiser is Cape Breton Fudge. How can you go wrong with that. A portion of each sale will go directly to my favourite goalie’s fundraising budget.
These are $12 a bar and absolutely delicious. I will be taking orders until Nov 14. Perfect Christmas gift for teachers, bus drivers, friends and family
