Monday Morning Love to you All!
This morning's picture is yesterday's afternoon adventure.
I talked of walking meditation in one of my previous posts. This was a floating one. It was an opportunity to be disconnected from my phone (except to take these pictures), from the responsibilities of adult life, from work, from everything. Except the river and nature.
For 3 hours I floated and the entire journey was filled with introspection, gratitude, and processing. And it was a metaphorical lesson of how my life has been, and how it will continue from here.
There were times when it seemed I was barely moving at all, slow progression. There were times of fast moving currents. I let the river take me where it naturally flowed and relinquished control. There were times when I spun around out of control and bumped into rocks. Or got off course and into the weeds. But I applied effort to correct my course and continued on. There were times when I worried about others who were waiting for me, or that were not able to join me on this journey. But I was bound to the river and did not rush to the end.
At the end of the run, I felt renewed, attuned with myself and nature, and reminded that the Universe provides.
This was a tube ride down a river on a beautiful day. But it was much more than that in my mind, body, and spirit.
If you'd like to take this journey for yourself, or share it with friends. I recommend you check out Eagle's Rest Campground . They provide the means, you take the journey.
Love to you All. See you on the Paths.
