When a client starts with Affinity Care Services, we don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” care.

A care plan is a personalized roadmap created with the client and their family, to make sure support feels comfortable, respectful, and reliable.

A Care Plan may include:

• Health and mobility considerations
• Medication reminders and safety needs
• Companionship and emotional well-being
• Household support and community involvement

Most importantly, care plans are flexible. As needs change, we adjust, because care should grow with you. This is how we make sure every client receives care that feels like home.

No One Should Feel Alone at the Holidays

The holiday season is often filled with lights, laughter, and togetherness. But for many seniors, it can also bring feelings of loneliness.
