Hello Nakusp. I hope you are all enjoying Spring Break, although it sure does not feel like Spring this week. Hopefully next week we see some sun.

For those patients who may not have seen my fee increase I posted to my business page back in February or the email that I sent out I just wanted to post here to share about my slight fee increase beginning April 1st. New fees are as follows:

Chiro Initial Visit $120
Chiro Subsequent $65
Shockwave Therapy $75

I will also be away on holidays to the beautiful Nicaragua from March 31st and returning April 9th for appointments.

Happy Wednesday Everyone!!

The days are starting to get longer and coming out of winter can feel like waking up stiff, sore, and a little out of sync. Your body has been moving differently for months... more sitting, less daylight, and tighter muscles can make for a sore body. And If your back makes more noise than your phone notifications… we should talk 😂 Your body deserves some TLC.

Fall is here but I got your back if you happen to fall (hopefully not) - with new extended hours for winter! I am in the Nakusp office on TUESDAY and THURSDAY from 9am to 6pm both days. And available in Burton Friday to Monday as needed.

It's firewood season so make sure you are careful by lifting with your legs and avoiding repetitive twisting with heavy loads. Take lots of little breaks and when you back starts telling you it is getting sore it is time to stop and rest and do something else. Trying to work through pain and "finish the job" is when you will get injured.
