🌸 How to Make Your Own Rose Water at Home

A simple, natural DIY your skin (and senses!) will love!

1️⃣ Pick Fresh Petals

Gently remove the petals from 2–3 roses.
Choose fragrant, pesticide-free blooms for the best results.

You can also use dry petals.

2️⃣ Simmer Slowly

In a pot, add the petals and 2 cups of distilled water.
Let them simmer on low heat until the petals lose their color and the water turns rosy.

3️⃣ Cool & Strain

After 20–30 minutes, allow the mixture to cool.
Strain out the petals to get clear, fragrant rose water.

4️⃣ Store & Enjoy

Pour your rose water into a clean bottle or spray bottle.
Refrigerate to keep it fresh for longer.

Herbed Chickpea Flour Biscuits

Ingredients:
- 2 cups chickpea flour
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, baking powder, baking soda, salt, thyme, and rosemary.
3. In a separate bowl, mix plant-based milk, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet to form biscuits.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
8. Enjoy these flavorful herbed chickpea flour biscuits warm as a delicious vegan side dish or snack!

The day will flow into a guided meditation, sound bath, and a closing Circle with the sacred Cacao!

We’ll provide tea, water, snacks, and some small nibbles — please bring your main lunch
