Through gentle Yin Yoga and the healing vibrations of a sound bath, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation, allowing your body and mind to unwind and reset. This class offers a quiet space to rest, restore, and reconnect - surrounded by others who share the same commitment to helping and healing.

Summer Send-Off Paddle Board Yoga and Sound Bath Event!

Join us for one final hoorah as we soak up the last of the summer sun on the water! 🌅
This 75-minute event is the perfect reset before the seasons shift—combining movement, stillness, and sound.
We’ll begin with a 45-minute paddleboard yoga class right on the lake, then we will close with a deeply nourishing 30-minute sound bath at the dock.
👉 Students must bring their own paddleboard. Rentals are available for an additional $15 (limited quantity).
👉 Please arrive early to set up your board and settle in.
Whether you’ve always wanted to try paddleboarding or you’re already a seasoned pro, this event is for you. Come celebrate, move, and unwind as we say goodbye to summer in the most magical way. 🌊✨
