Happy Vernal Equinox!

In the Northern hemisphere, today is the first day of spring! As the Earth tilts toward the sun both day and night become equal. This marks the planting season. At this time, we are blessed with the beauty of the season’s first flowers and the stirrings of the insects that feast upon them. Nature joyfully erupts after a long winter’s nap with renewed life and vigour.

How are you spending this powerful and rejuvenating time of the year?

Are you planting seeds in the fertile soil of mother Earth? Smelling the flowers? Feeding the bees? Sitting under the sun, allowing the warmth of her rays to awaken you? Are you planting seeds in the fertile soil of your soul?
