We provide personalized one-to-one support, education, and hands-on guidance to growing families so No matter what your journey looks like- we support that.

We get it: this whole having a baby thing is pretty overwhelming. It’s likely one of the biggest changes of your life, and we know that comes with a ton of uncertainty, vulnerability, and a few (okay, probably a ton!) of questions or anxieties. Our goal is to help you meet your birth and parenting goals- whatever they may be. We know that you’re the expert in you, and your baby, and we’re here to help you discover your own unique pathway through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Our promise to you is simple: No judgement, no shame, and no guilt.

🌸 We Are Hiring: Experienced Birth Doula & Postpartum Doula 🌸

Are you an experienced and compassionate doula looking to join a supportive team? We’re expanding and seeking dedicated Birth Doulas and Postpartum Doulas to join our well-established team of doulas.

Position Details:

Birth Doula:

* Work as part of a team, providing emotional, physical, and informational support prenatally, during labor and delivery and postpartum.

* Availability: Must be on-call for your assigned days, ready to support clients at any time of day or night.

* Responsibilities include assisting with birth preparation, providing continuous support throughout labor, and post-birth follow-up.

* Must be reliable and committed to providing exceptional care to families during this transformative experience.

Postpartum Doula:

* Provide nurturing support to families in the days and weeks after birth, assisting with newborn care, lactation support, emotional wellness, and family adjustments.

* Help guide families through the postpartum period with empathy and care.

Who We're Looking For:

* Comfortable with all family dynamics: You should have the flexibility and compassion to work with diverse families, respecting their individual needs and choices.

* Collaborative Spirit: Our doulas work together in a close-knit collective, where teamwork and communication are essential.

* Reliability: Birth doulas must be dependable and available on-call during their shifts. Must be able to answer texts and calls for clients who have questions in a timely manner. We value doulas who are punctual, responsible, and dedicated to their clients.

* Experienced & Professional: We're looking for an experienced birth doula with a strong background in doula services, with a passion for empowering families during their birth and postpartum journeys. Postpartum doulas we will mentor and train for the right candidate.

* Required Training: All applicants must have completed Birth Doula Training and/ or Postpartum Doula Training
