Huge shoutout to Baneesha, one of our amazing physiotherapists at our Pacific Station (Nanaimo) location, for completing the Barbell Rehab Course this weekend in Victoria (October, 2025)! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This course bridges the gap between rehab and strength training โ€” teaching clinicians how to safely load clients back to squats, deadlifts, and presses while addressing pain, mobility, and confidence barriers along the way. ๐Ÿ’ช

Itโ€™s been a massive first year of clinical growth for her, and she continues to raise the bar โ€” always learning, always evolving, and never satisfied when it comes to becoming the best clinician she can be. ๐Ÿ‘
