Mix together:

1 well-whisked egg

1–2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
3/4 tsp baking powder

Turn Boring Chicken and Veggies into Something Special 🍗🥦
This fat-free Asian sesame sauce takes simple roasted chicken and Brussels sprouts to the next level — full of flavor and totally on-plan.

Here’s how to make it:
1️⃣ Slice Brussels sprouts and place them with a chicken breast on parchment paper.
2️⃣ Drizzle lightly with olive oil spray and sea salt. Roast at 375°F for approx. 35 minutes (temp should be 165, sprouts should be tender and browned).
3️⃣ In a small saucepan, combine:
• ¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup
• ¼ cup chicken broth
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp crushed garlic
• ½ tsp each ginger + onion powder
• ¼ tsp salt + pepper
Bring to a boil and then add in:
• ¼ tsp xanthan gum mixed with ½ tbsp sesame oil

Simmer until thickened (about 5 minutes). Makes 4 servings.
Pour one portion over your chicken and veggies — and save the rest for another day.
