How is everyone doing?

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, choosing to pour my energy into my mental and physical health. Sometimes stepping back is exactly what we need to move forward stronger.

I’ve committed to Pilates, yoga, and HIIT classes as a way to reset, detox, and rebuild—not just my body, but my mindset too. This season is all about growth, discipline, and becoming the best version of myself, both personally and as a businesswoman.

I’ve also started the carnivore diet again (round two!) and I’m officially in week two. Feeling good so far… even if I’m still dreaming about bread and tacos, sushi, pasta the list goes on.
