If a Gifting a massage or reflexology session is something you've been thinking about, send me a message and I will get one ready for you to pick up.
$50 - 40min Hand Massage
$75- 60min Foot and/or Hand Reflexology Session
$80 - 60min Relaxation Massage
$120 - 90min Deep Pressure Massage

I am going to be taking on some Childcare clients in the New Year! This would be for families looking for piece work here and there (perfect for parents who need a break now and then), ideally in South Nanaimo. I specialize in large families, young children, and with children who are neuro-diverse or complex learners.
I charge between $18-$25/hr depending on needs and situation of the family (this is generally discussed privately during the first interview, I aim always to be as accessible as possible, while meeting my financial needs as well).
Sessions with kiddos are screen free and play based, ideally with as much outdoor time as possible.

I've got Yoga classes coming up, with just a few spots left.
Tuesday and Wednesday night starting next week.
Each class will be 3 people only, so you'll get a lot of individual attention and support. Great for beginners, or those who get overwhelmed in big groups.

5:30pm-6:45pm
