✨ We’re delighted to welcome Angela Henderson, RMT, to The Solace Centre! With over a decade of experience, Angela brings deep skill and sensitivity to her practice of CranioSacral Therapy.

This gentle, hands-on approach, developed by Dr. John Upledger, works with the body’s natural rhythms to release tension, improve nervous system function, and activate the body’s own healing processes. Clients often find it deeply relaxing, supportive for pain relief, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing.

Angela is covered under extended health plans and will be available Wednesdays from 2:30–8:00pm. We’re so excited for you to experience the care she brings to each session 💛

Oh yes! She is also a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist and will be teaching .mercantile in September!
