I’d love to welcome you into a nourishing Kundalini yoga & meditation practice designed to support your nervous system, build resilience, and gently release stress through embodied experience.
These Tuesday evening classes are taught in alignment with the seasons. We begin with a short, accessible explanation of the practice, then move fully into the experience—breath, movement, stillness, and integration.
