We personally think it’s both 😉⁣

Here are other sneaky signs of stress ⬇️ ⁣

Stress can sneak up on us without us realizing! It’s helpful to notice the signs so we can take care of it before it gets out of control. ⁣

Other signs include: racing thoughts, brain fog, chronic fatigue, lack of enjoyment, feeling scatterbrained, overeating, always feeling like you have no time, waking up mid-sleep, always in a rush.⁣

In case you didn’t know, too much stress can raise our cortisol and cause a bunch of issues:⁣

❌ Illness⁣
❌ Bad mood⁣
❌ Weight gain (not the good kind 💪 ) ⁣
❌ Sleep loss⁣
❌ Inflammation (headaches, joint pain)⁣
❌ Hypertension⁣

When we do things to lower our stress, we feel better, perform better and live a whole lot longer. ⁣

And the best thing for stress? MOVEMENT 🔥 ⁣

Our spin instructor crew got together recently for a team training and mindset reset — to make sure we’re all showing up for you the best way we can.⁣
