🌊 Pacific Motion Physiotherapy's 6 week Pickleball Prep - Performance and Injury Prevention Program will held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3-4pm.
➡ This program will be led by Kinesiologist Shae Gerke and is suitable for recreational and intermediate pickleball players who want to enhance their performance and prevent injuries.
