🌟NEW EXERCISE CLASS🌟

🌊 Pacific Motion Physiotherapy's 6 week Pickleball Prep - Performance and Injury Prevention Program will held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3-4pm.

➡ This program will be led by Kinesiologist Shae Gerke and is suitable for recreational and intermediate pickleball players who want to enhance their performance and prevent injuries.

Designed to improve:
• Stamina
• Coordination
• Strength & Mobility

💪 Feel your best for your pickleball and racket games with sport specific strengthening drills.

🌊 Come join us at Pacific Motion Physiotherapy for our two new exercise programs!

🌟Both programs will be led by our Kinesiologists Tianna and Shae.

💪 Low impact fitness with Tianna will be held on Wednesdays/Fridays at 1:30pm.
➡No experience required and suitable for all fitness levels. You can expect a gentle, effective class with low-impact movements, tailored to your comfort level - rest breaks as needed!

Shae is a BCAK Kinesiologist and certified personal trainer who works with a wide range of clients, including the general population, seniors, and those navigating pre and post-natal changes. Shae is trained in Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR!) and holds a CSEP Pre & Postnatal certification. She also has extensive experience supporting seniors with strength, mobility, and healthy aging.

Her approach focuses on individualized, evidence-informed programming that meets clients where they’re at and supports them through injury recovery, rehabilitation, or the pursuit of improved overall wellness.
