✨ Welcome to Aurora, Stella Luna ✨

From hardship… to healing.

Every soul has a story… and this beautiful girl has already walked through more than most in her young years.

Stella Luna came into this world facing hardships that could have hardened her spirit …yet somehow, she chose softness. She chose trust. She chose love.

Rescued from a high-risk shelter in California and lovingly supported by her dedicated foster family, her journey to safety was also made possible through the compassionate work of Adoptable Rescue Pups BC; an organization committed to giving vulnerable dogs the second chances they deserve.

Through that circle of care, she was given the space to heal, to feel safe again, and to remember what it means to simply be a dog; to walk calmly, to accept gentle touch, to rest without fear. That chapter of kindness helped guide her journey… all the way here to us.

Now Stella Luna begins her next season 💕not as a survivor, but as family. 🐾
A new home. New rhythms. Two golden siblings to walk beside her.💕
And a community at Aurora that already loves what she represents:

Resilience.
Grace.
Second chances.
The quiet power of compassion.

Her name means Star of the Moon …a light that shines softly in darkness 💫and we can’t think of a more fitting symbol for the path that brought her here.

Today we celebrate Stella… and also the many beautiful animals still waiting in rescue for their own new beginning. If you feel called, consider connecting with Adoptable Rescue Pups BC or a local rescue and opening your heart to an adoptable pet.

In many traditions, the Horse is a symbol of freedom, vitality, courage, and the sacred momentum of life itself.
This year invites us to move forward; not in haste, but in alignment.

The Horse teaches us that true progress comes when we trust our inner rhythm…
when we honour the wisdom of the body,
when we choose the path that feels expansive rather than restrictive.

At Aurora, we see this as a year to:
• Reclaim your energy.
• Run toward what brings you joy.
• Release what weighs heavy on your spirit.
• Strengthen your connection to nature, community, and self.
• Move with purpose; grounded, yet free.

The Horse does not ask permission to run.

Most people hear "holistic" and only think diet and exercise. In the case of inflammation and chronic pain a holistic approach means integration.

At Aurora Wellness Centre we work as a team in conjunction with your medical doctors, physiotherapists, and chiropractors. Looking at the overall picture isn't just about avoiding the use of pain medication, it also serves to find the best treatment for the individual, which results in safer, faster, long term, affordable healing.
