If you are in need of a physiotherapist, we have the perfect guy! We had the pleasure of meeting Sahil from the Lantzville Wellness Centre. He was so welcoming and walked us through how he helps people, including seniors, every day. Lantzville Wellness Centre provides physical therapy and other wellness services to residents of Lantzville, Nanoose Bay, Errington, and Nanaimo.

They offer a broad range of services, however, the ones that stood out to us are helping treat specific balance issues and offering fall prevention programs! They also offer Pre and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation.

Good Things Come to Those Who Wait…

They say, ‘patience is a virtue’, but it doesn’t come easily to us all. When you’re having treatment to recover from an injury, often that recovery takes time, effort and patience.

At Nanoose Bay Wellness Centre we encourage our patients to have patience (!) by acknowledging their progress each step of the way.

Slow internet? Bad drivers? It might not be slow recovery progress that does it for you...what makes you really lose your patience?! 😠
