SPEAKER SPOTLIGHT! Olga Roberts, Owner of Resthouse Sleep with Sleep 2.0: A different way to look at your sleep and your health!

Join Olga at The Healthy Brain and Body Show on Sunday September 18th at 1 PM for her inspiring message about this KEY tenet of health!

As one of the owners of Resthouse, Olga has learned first-hand how many people struggle with sleep. This is why helping people improve their sleep by providing them with natural and organic mattresses and bedding solutions, and aiding them in getting a full night of slumber through education and informed decision-making, has become a mission for her. At Resthouse, they believe that well rested people have more capacity to share, give and inspire.

During this educational and inspiring talk, you’ll learn how sleep impacts your health, how to improve your sleep hygiene in a few simple steps, how natural and organic sleep systems can change your life+health, the truth about the mattress industry (and why it doesn’t work) and “The Kakūn Ecosystem”.

From a young age, Olga struggled with anxiety. She worked in a high-stress career as a flight attendant and worked in the industry for 17 years all while raising two children with her husband and caring for aging parents. She opened Resthouse and truly began to recognize that sleep had become the key ingredient to creating health and balance in her life as it directly contributes to the well-being of all those who she loves and is responsible for.

Come out and attend Olga’s talk to start enjoying better sleep… tonight!

SPEAKER SPOTLIGHT! AJ Maher, Founder of Builtwear with IMPOSSIBLE to POSSIBLE: My fight against a shortened lifespan

Join AJ at The Healthy Brain and Body Show on Sunday September 18th at 10:45 AM for his motivational message of hope and resilience against all odds.

At the age of 13, AJ was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. He was told the average lifespan was 35. He began working out as he wanted to feel strong and dictate his own life.
At 18, just before graduating High school, AJ was diagnosed with a serious lung infection, diabetes and heart failure. His doctor asked him to write out his will.

AJ started Builtwear when he was 20, an apparel company with a deeper message: he wanted people to be proud of their own story, to show what they’re made of and to express what they’d overcome. AJ doesn’t allow his illnesses to hold him back; rather, he uses them as inspiration to keep going.

Come out and attend AJ’s talk for YOUR dose of inspiration!
