Struggling with food choices even when you know what’s “healthy”? You’re not alone.

Craving Change is a free, four-week virtual workshop designed to help you change your relationship with food using skill power, not willpower.

This program helps participants to understand why they eat the way you do and dishes out practical tools for:
* Managing cravings and emotional eating
* Breaking the cycle of “good intentions, old habits”
* Making food choices that feel more in line with your goals
* Feeling more in control around food, without guilt or restriction

If you’ve ever wondered why stress sends you straight to comfort foods, or why healthy changes don’t always stick, this workshop is for you.

Offered on Tuesday mornings from 9:30-11:30 a.m. starting March 10.

Registration is required. Contact Amalie at 613-354-8937 x7115 or amaliec@kchc.ca.

Keeping the Change Monthly Speaker Series is open to all community members in Napanee and across RFL&A.

These free education sessions run on the 4th Thursday of every month and are offered both in-person and virtually to make it easy to attend. The series is led by a Registered Dietitian, bringing trusted, evidence-based information in a way that’s practical and easy to understand.

This month’s topic: cholesterol medications — how they work, who they’re for, and how they support heart health. If you’ve ever wondered what those prescriptions actually do, this session will break it down clearly and simply.
