Dynamic Stretch and Strength for Seniors. Every Monday at 12pm.
A workout suitable for all fitness levels, that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all of the muscles. This class will increase range of motion and mobility. Chairs will be used as a prop.

👹The Monster Walk👹

This resistance band exercise is primarily used to strengthen the hip adductors, glutes and stabilizer muscles of the lower body. 💪🏼

This exercise and many others like it can be found in the core and glut burners at the end of our 🏋️Steady Strength🏋️circuit strength and conditioning class. All fitness levels are welcome in this rehab class.

First class in this session starts Oct. 2 at 5pm!
