🩵 Introduction of Restorative Pilates on Wednesdays in December (our first pilates class last week was more restorative/beginner friendly!)

🩵 Sculpt Program continues into November - you can sign up for a drop-in spot each week (limited spaces)

I am home from vacation and classes start back up this week! 😍

🌿 Tomorrow Monday, Oct 20 - Gentle Stretch 7-8pm

🌿 6 week yoga sculpt program starts Wednesday Oct 22! Drop-in openings start week 2 ☺️

🌿 my first PILATES class is next Monday, October 27th 6-6:45pm

My high demand 6-week YOGA SCULPT program is back and open for signups!

🌿 Yoga sculpt is a yoga + Pilates fusion class that incorporates low impact strength + cardio to your yoga practice!
🌿 this program begins at a slower, foundational pace covering the basics of both vinyasa yoga and Pilates at a beginner level before hiking up the pace and movements for extra spice!

☁️ PROGRAM GOALS ☁️
— work on functional and overall body strength and endurance
— improve balance, core strength, and stabilize joints
— work on breath control, using breath to enhance performance
— improve your flexibility and incorporate stretching into your workout routine

🌿 DETAILS 🌿
— starts WED OCTOBER 22 and runs until WED NOV 26
— at Hammond River Angling Association in Nauwigewauk
— join 25 other women of different ages, experience and levels
— class is from 7-8pm
PRICE: $90 for 6 weeks ($15/class - my regular rate!)

What’s in store for OCTOBER! 🧡
🧡 Gentle Monday’s continue — alternating stretch and flow — BUT note our class time change to 7PM for the winter months and to accommodate the addition of pilates!
🧡 two-week break while I enjoy vacation with my family!
🧡 FALL Yoga Sculpt Program starts October 22 and runs every Wednesday for 6 weeks! Signup opens Wednesday 🙂
🧡 PILATES. HAS. ARRIVED. Join the first class on October 27 by securing your spot early! This first class will be a beginner-level, foundational Pilates class!

Did you know there’s a yoga sculpt class every Wednesday night in September?! Tomorrow night is class 1/4! ✨

Yoga Sculpt is a yoga+pilates fusion class that incorporates PILATES, low impact STRENGTH and CARDIO all mashed together in a yoga-inspired format 💪🏻💦

👉This class is BEGINNER FRIENDLY and it is also SPICY for all fitness levels!
