Reminder to our patients:

- Clinic hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Although staff are here before and after these times, we answer the phones during these hours. Staff have other duties aside from patient engagement.
- Most of our physicians have a minimum of a 2-week wait, although this does vary and a small number of same-day appointments are available.
- Patients are encouraged to call in and all effort will be made to provide you with an appointment if one is available, or advise you of the next available.
- Patients are encouraged to book non-urgent appointments well in advance.
- Prescription refills require 2-weeks notice. If you are running low on medication it is your responsibility to request a refill before you are out.
- Insurance forms are completed when possible, and there is no guarantee of a turnaround time.

Our physicians are people too. They have other scopes of practice, families, personal responsibilities, emergencies, holidays, and sick days. We kindly ask for your courtesy and understanding. Just as you wouldn’t expect yourself or a loved one to work around the clock, our physicians deserve the same respect and consideration.

Reminder to the community: When BPCMC physicians have space to accept new patients, all new patients are taken off the Family Doctor Finder registration list.

Please ensure that you are registered for FDF if you need a family physician in Neepawa.

Currently, the Neepawa list is CLEARED - so, if you still need a physician that means that you did not register, missed the contact attempts to match you with a physician, or there may have been a registration error.

Reach out to FDF directly if you have questions about your registration or need to register.

iPhone users! Patients have reported that they are missing calls from the clinic. Our phone number is not a blocked ID, but we have multiple outgoing lines with varying numbers.

This is likely due to a new iPhone software update “Screen Unknown Calls”.

Please ensure this setting is set to ‘Never’ or ‘Ask Reason for Calling’.

Please note that Dr. Paradis has obligations to the McCreary PCH and may run behind. If the satellite clinic is locked upon your arrival, please wait patiently for her to arrive.

Measles is highly contagious. If you or your child has symptoms, do not go directly to the ER or a healthcare clinic unless it is an emergency.

📢 Exciting News!

Dr. Paradis will be returning from parental leave one day per week starting January 27. Dr. Eleche will continue caring for her patients during this transition. Dr. Paradis will return full-time on March 23, 2026.

Appointments are now available from January-May. Patient’s are encouraged to book!
