Located at 527 Josephine St, 250-505-6093, www.himalayasaltcave.com. When requesting your appointment, ask to have Jennifer as your practitioner (or put ‘Jennifer request’ in the notes field when booking online) and they will notify me and confirm my availability.

Wow, have I met some wonderful souls this week in the treatment room! So happy to see people taking care of themselves during what can be a joyful but stressful time of year. Or maybe for some, a less than joyful time. Whatever your state of mind this season, I wish you good health and the knowledge in your heart that you are enough, just as you are.
