Workshop with Megan Lowe Movement coming up!

When I was 27 I injured my back. The injury highlighted a scoliotic rotation in my spine that I was previously unaware of. I was already a pilates teacher & was able to do a lot to help myself with the recovery. Yet, still had regular bouts of intense pain & misalignment. These little balls & the techniques used in this workshop were my savings grace! I used them several times a week to “fix me up” & provide immense, immediate relief. It wasn’t until I learnt ELDOA that I healed myself to the point stopped needing the balls. They still come out as quick relief when needed & I never travel without them. New Class! ELDOA with Megan Lowe, Mondays 1-2pm at Slava's Dance Fusion
My schedule has expanded to include another class.
Aaaand my classes are now available with a punch pass and online sign-up! This includes all of my regular ELDOA/Pilates/Myofascial Stretching classes!
