It has been another busy and exciting year for Lupine Clinical Counselling and we are looking forward to some time away from the office to rest and recharge before jumping into the new year!

Please note our office will be closed until January 2, 2026!

Andrea Onofrio has availability for new clients as early as January 6th and Jessica Dillon, our MSW student is offering low cost in-person and virtual sessions until April 2026 both in our Nelson office and online.

With over a decade of experience in mental health support, Andrea brings a compassionate, holistic approach to her work as a therapist. Andrea’s trauma-informed, mindfulness-based practice helps individuals and families navigate emotional challenges and life transitions with care and clarity.

Lupine Clinical Counselling is excited to share that you can now download Jane’s Mobile App for Clients. Add clinics to the app that you have visited before, manage and rebook appointments with your clinics using one central login. Download the app for Android or Apple devices.

When you open the app you’ll see a brief mag about creating your app account. Click the toggle below the msg once you’ve read it and then click the “set up my new sign in”. You’ll need to create a new email and password combination just for this app. Once set up just enter Lupine Clinical Counselling into “Add an Account” and you’ll be all set!

Lupine Clinical Counselling is offering another Post Partum Mental Health Group March 6, 13, 27 and April 3, 2025. Sessions are $50 (must register for all 4 sessions and you will be billed weekly). Group will be facilitated by Vanessa Dowell MSW, RSW and services covered by most group insurance. No children will be present in group. Please email to discuss an intake, register for group and/or speak with a past group participant.
