Our Story

At Brain Change Consulting the mission is to teach techniques for aligning our self with our life, and empowering people to get into the driver’s seat of their life. Marcus has been helping people navigate career change and big life changes for over 15 years through consultations. He is a Mindfulness Coach and Breathing Teacher, utilizing breathing exercises to alter mood, state of mind, along with relieving high anxiety states and conditions like ADHD.

Marcus is head consultant at Brain Change Consulting; He is also the developer of the Relaxation App Relaxation One, and the translator the book, “The Art of Listening to Life” which encapsulates many foundational elements to the approach to change and understanding what we are... which can help tremendously with understanding who we are.
