We are excited to be a new sponsor at the WM Sobey Indoor Sports Complex . This amazing facility provides a safe space for kids, adults and seniors alike to play, exercise and enjoy social opportunities. Calluses are thickened areas of skin caused by friction or pressure. The outer layer of skin thickens to protect the bone under the skin with extra padding. They are recurrent without routine management and treatment.
The most common causes are; ill fitting shoes, and improper gait (walking patterns).

Happy International Women's Day!

Tip Toe Around Town is a female owned and operated small business serving Pictou County for nearly a year.
Patricia has been a Licensed Practical Nurse for 10 years having gained experience working within long-term care, community and primary care clinic settings.
She gained her Advanced Foot Care Nursing certification at Mohawk/ McMaster School of Continuing Education in 2020, leading to the opening of Tip Toe Around Town Community Foot Care Nursing Service in May 2023.

She comes from a long line of strong, female entrepreneurs and is proud to serve her community as a female in nursing.
