Staying active matters. Physiotherapists know that movement is key to rehabilitation, mobility, and overall health—but how much is enough?
According to the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP), adults aged 18–64 should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity each week.
