🪑✨ Just upgraded my setup with a saddle chair—and my spine is already sending thank-you notes.
As an independent dental hygienist, I spend hours bent over clients, and let’s be honest… that posture takes a toll. Investing in ergonomic equipment isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. This saddle chair promotes better posture, engages core muscles, and reduces strain on my lower back and hips. It’s a game-changer for comfort and longevity in this career.
That said… still figuring out the perfect height and tilt. Pretty sure I’ve adjusted this thing more times than I’ve said “open wide” this week 😅
