🎉 What a Night at the Northdale Manor Auction 2025! 🎉

We’re beyond thrilled to share that this year’s auction was one of our most successful yet — raising an incredible $22,000 and welcoming a record-breaking 173 attendees! 🙌

The energy, generosity, and community spirit in the room were truly inspiring. 💛 Every dollar raised helps us continue providing exceptional care and comfort for our residents who call the Northdale Manor home.

We wish we could thank everyone individually — there were so many who made this event possible — but here are just a few who deserve special recognition:
💐 Nancy Pedersen – our creator, organizer, director, and generous donator.
🎤 John & Jen Robertson – our entertaining and lively auctioneers.

A big thank you to Lorna from the Northeastern Public Health unit and Alexandra, the Age Friendly Coordinator of Temiskaming Shores
For arranging a presentation by the Voyago Transportation employees.
They explained how the city bus system works and answered all our questions.
We then proceeded out into the beautiful day and on the mobility friendly bus.
Our driver toured us through Haileybury and then around to the New Liskeard bus stops.
Residents can now choose to use the bus for their appointments and outings with confidence.

Residents helped make poppies to decorate our foyer tree.
Come in and see our awesome tree and check out the Manor Gift Shop
Which is beautifully decorated and filled with great Christmas-gift ideas.

The Legion will be here on Sunday November 9th at 1:30for a Remembrance Day ceremony.
Family members are welcome to join us.

We are eternally grateful to those who defended our freedom.

We drew the name of the winner of our Autumn Basket at noon today.
And the winner is…..Paulette Warner! She was very excited when I contacted her.

The money will help us celebrate the holidays with the residents.
