Reflexology facilitates the body's natural healing processes and enhances your health and vitality by creating an environment that allows the body to more effectively heal itself. Any blockage due to inflammation, injury or emotions prevents your body from working as a unit. This blockage can cause pain and illness. Reiki can relax your body to the point where your body can accept the universal energy and guide it where it is needed most. Both of these modalities are done with the client being full clothed and just the socks are removed for reflexology.
