Back by popular demand Yoga at the Meadery. Here are the dates for the next few months. Reminder there are only 9 spots available per session. Message or comment below to reserve your spot.

Yoga for the week.

We have room in both Tuesday and Thursdays classes. Sign up for the month of Feb for $60 or drop in for $16.50/class.

There is also room in Fitness yoga Feb 7 10-11am $15/drop in.

Still 4 spots avaiable for the 4th Annual Womens Day Retreat March 7.

I'm working on confirming dates for Yoga at the Meadery - details coming soon.

Reminder there is no yoga this comimg week.

So instead let's talk about the upcoming 4th Annual Womens Day Retreat March 7... Buddha bowls and Buddha bowls (plus yoga, swag bags, and great company)

All Buddha sets are slightly different. So the order that spots are confirmed will be the order of who gets to first pick. Seems far and only slightly competitive. 🤣

We had a cancelation for tonight if your wanting to check out a class tonight at 7 would be a good time.

We also have a spot available Thursday night.

Drop in rate is $16.50

Reminder no yoga Saturday or next week.

New year means new yoga session starts this week.

We have room for a few to join us both in Tuesday & Thursday sessions.

There is still yoga Thursdays 10 am but its currently full. ❤

If these sessions don't fill drop ins will be offered at a cost of $16.50/class.

As the end of year approaches I sit in reflection of the last 364 days.....

I'm full of gratitude and appreciation for the connections and friendships that we formed in 2025. It was another great year of yoga, wellness, retreats and events.

I am excited for 2026 💜
