Sparrow Registered Massage Therapy is looking for a compatible receptionist to join our team. We are a passionate crew that loves serving our patients and supporting the community.
Located in Uptown New Westminster, the quaint and peacefully inspired decorated clinic is located inside a busy, yet quiet medical building. The medical building is filled with professionals, Life Labs and many specialists.
The right candidate to join our team will love the freedom to work in the clinic on their own or with therapists and patients. Self driven and cooperative minds will love the efficient and simple layout. If feeling appreciated, respected and a part of a team is important to you, then please reach out.
We currently are looking for someone who can work 2 days a week, about 10-12hours per week.
The job duties include computer use, billing insurance companies, receiving payments, friendly and fun patient service, laundry, and general cleaning. Fluent English speaking and writing is necessary for communicating with patients, lawyers, and insurance companies. Having a MOA is very helpful but not necessary. Due to legal and medical information, the applicant must be of legal age or older. With flexible hours this could be a great job to fill in income gaps, or for a parent looking for some side income.
