This is what I am watching this Canada Thanksgiving Eve. It seems a bit problematic that some man fashion designer mogul had to believe in her to legitimize her career in fashion. I understand why men are the leaders in the fashion industry. However, we must all realize that this is bullsh*t…right? That it is men who are making decisions about what is fashionable for women. It’s October in the Lower Mainland. I have a cold. All I wanted to do this weekend was cozy it up in bed with 20 blankets and fleece PJs and watch CBC Gem. And what better to cozy watch? Well nothing beats The Great Canadian Baking Show. I caught up Season 8 and started Season 9. Could be the best season ever…with somehow the most annoying contestants? I can only hope that my least favourites are also the ones that crack under the tent pressure. Love, Michelle D.
