1. Skipping days kills progress.
Your skin doesn’t care that you were tired, rushed, or “forgot.” Active ingredients only work when they’re used regularly. When you skip, you reset the progress.
2. Overcomplicating your routine is the fastest way to quit.
Ten-step routines look cute on TikTok, but they’re exactly why people fail. Consistency comes from simplicity, cleanser, moisturizer, SPF. Build from there only if you can handle it.
3. Results take WEEKS, not days.
If you expect to see dramatic changes in a few days, you’ll keep hopping from product to product. That’s why your skin isn’t improving, you’re not giving anything enough time.
4. If your routine changes every week, your skin can’t stabilize.
Your barrier needs predictability. Chaos = irritation, breakouts, and no progress.
5. Consistency matters more than the brand, price, or trend.
Even average products used consistently outperform luxury products you apply once in a while.
