Gentle Unwind, Release & Yoga Nidra

Release tension and calm your mind with a restorative journey led by Sara. This gentle practice is suitable for both beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

We’ll start with calming breathwork to quiet the mind and bring awareness to the body. Then, we’ll flow through mindful stretches from head to toe, taking our time to ease tight muscles and promote relaxation. After settling into Savasana, you’ll be guided into a practice of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that invites deep relaxation, helping us reach a state of conscious rest through focused listening and intentional awareness.

This practice is open to everyone, offering a chance to release and find peace in simply being. By turning inward, we move between wakefulness and sleep, allowing the body and mind to harmonize as we uncover the deeper layers of our consciousness.

Please Help Support The Women of James Gopnahasa’s School in Uganda

Several caring women have started a grass roots project 13 years ago, where they make and send reusable mentraul pads for girls at school.

We are looking for the following donations:
• USED Bath Towels/Sheets (New are not absorbent enough) These are sandwiched between other layers of flannel for an absorbent changeable pad insert.
• NEW Underwear - Modest styles (Look for sales at Costco/Walmart)
(Any size but XSmall)

**Drop off at Ignite Yoga - 1/2hr before, between or after classes.
Classes Weekday 8am & 9:30am weekends 9am & 10:30am. Or Text 905-259-7761 to schedule a drop off in the afternoon. We appreciate your support.
